Mentoring is not just about talking but is also about having some fun and chatting as you go. On this page you will find some resources to help you.

Video Conferencing

If you are Telementoring, Video Conferencing is a great way to keep in touch when you can’t physically get together. Providing parental consent has been given and the Mentee is over 11, then a Mentor can establish the connection via the Parent and then they can have a mentoring session. For children under 11, then the Parent should remain within earshot of the conversation.

There are many choices:

  • Zoom Video Conferencing – Press Here
  • WhatsApp
  • Google Hangouts
  • etc

Which system to use will depend on the facilities that the Mentor and the Mentee’s Parent have at their disposal.
